This policy applies to the Swack Business Group corporate website only. Our portfolio companies operate their own websites, which may have separate privacy policies that govern the information collected there.

This may include your IP address, browser type, device information, referring website, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided through Google Site Kit, to understand how visitors use the Site and to help us improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed and general location. This information helps us measure traffic and site performance.

Google processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can learn about Google’s practices, and opt out of Google Analytics, using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Most web browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Site may not function as intended.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and route your message to the appropriate person or business;
  • Evaluate community, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
  • Analyze site traffic, usage, and performance;
  • Protect the security and integrity of the Site; and
  • Comply with our legal obligations.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. We use trusted third parties to operate our Site and process inquiries, including Google (analytics), HighLevel / LeadConnector (contact form processing and customer relationship management), and our website hosting provider. These providers process information on our behalf and are expected to protect it.
  • Within our portfolio. If your inquiry concerns one of our businesses, we may share your message with that business so it can respond to you.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Swack Business Group, our customers, or others.

Our Site links to the websites of our portfolio companies and other third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to fulfill the business, legal, and accounting purposes described in this policy. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in our Google Analytics account.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to request access to it, request that we correct or delete it, or opt out of certain uses. Residents of California, and individuals in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, may have additional rights under applicable law.

To make a request, email us at info@swackgroup.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, our Site does not currently respond to them.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
